CRL has partnered with YouthBuild to take this commitment of ours to the next step. We are committed to empowering the next generation (be they engineers or other professions) and creating pathways for them to meaningful employment opportunities.
At CRL, we believe this collaboration will help us create new opportunities for the youth who are neither in school nor employed.

Taster Day with YouthBuild
CRL recently hosted a Trade Skills Taster Day at its Mitcham office, in collaboration with Fosroc, Vi Industrial Supplies, and YouthBuild UK. The event offered Youth Build students hands-on experience in key construction skills, including hand-placed repairs, grouting, resin injection, and membrane installations.
Alongside practical workshops, participants learned about career opportunities in construction and CRL’s training programs through presentations by Steve Jones and Keysha Parker. The day emphasized CRL's dedication to fostering young talent and career growth, marking the start of an ongoing partnership with Youth Build. Special thanks were given to Fosroc and Vi Industrial Supplies for their support.
